Test Be Gone

After staying up until 2:30 AM, I did relatively good on this test; although, I don't know my grade. I'm very confident I got an A on this difficult subject and I look forward to moving onto Part 2 of Greece. Through the entire Test, only two questions really made me ponder, those being the one which is false about Dactylic Hexameter and the one regarding the citizenship of Athens. Upon further review of both, I am delighted to inform whoever is reading this that I got them right, hopefully. Furthermore, I didn't do too sharp on my English Quiz this morning; but yet again, much of that time was spent studying for this Test which I believe I did well on. I am looking forward to the grades which I will be staying tuned in to see. With that said, I must rush to prepare for my Math test tomorrow morning, which should be moderately difficult, although I feel as if I can find a way to spark my memory in the entirety of Chapter 6 of Math.

As discussed yesterday, we were instructed to write an essay question which would be used on the upcoming test. As a matter of fact, we were informed that our test (or at least part of it) is going to be during our class time this Thursday. Meaning we have a fair amount of time to study still; though, we expect to receive more information regarding the format of the test soon. Cyber Day; Post Nine

In light of yesterday's assignment, we were instructed today to reflect on our accountability throughout these times of social distancing. This includes: actively participating in social distancing, cleaning ourselves, and giving our best efforts to remain home. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that everyone takes these guidelines too seriously. I've seen plenty of people online going about their normal hangouts with large groups of friends, rather than distancing themselves to slow the spread. Weeks ago, we were struggling to perform tests. Now it seems that the FDA approval time has been expedited for the purpose of introducing faster COVID-19 testing kits as well as possible vaccines. There seems to be a lot of de-regulation occurring to allow businesses to survive in such a harsh time. Simply put, if no-ones out there spending money, the economy will not grow (or will have very little growth). As a student, I find myself more stressed out than usual since I'm locked

Today, rather than a deep analysis of a new subject, we were instead instructed to find two images of classical Greece Architecture. A subject which I truly enjoy learning about. Those images are posted directly below:  First Image: The Parthenon, Acropolis of Athens Likely one of the most recognizable structures in Greece would be the massive structure located on the hill of Acropolis, The Parthenon. This structure was likely created over an eleven-year span (447 BC - 438 BC) and was dedicated to the goddess Athena. The structure, incredibly after over 2,000 years still remains intact; though somewhat damaged from the years of exposure it's been put through. It is also important to realize that this structure stood as a symbol for the religions which the Greeks practiced since it represented one of their goddesses'.
